$1.385 Million SFR Rental Portfolio Refinance

ST PETERSBURG, FL – Bison Financial Group, a real estate advisory firm based here, announces the closing and funding of a refinance loan secured by a portfolio of rental properties in the Charlotte, North Carolina MSA. The deal involved a refinance of a 19 unit existing portfolio of scattered-site, single-family rental homes and two apartment properties.

The new loan has a fixed ​rate of ​6.58%​. Bison ​placed the loan with a rapidly growing non-bank multifamily lender that they have closed 10 transactions with to date. The portfolio of scattered-site rental homes and apartments were recently updated allowing the borrower to significantly increase the rents while maintaining 100% occupancy.
