David Repka
My name is David Repka. I have been a self employed commercial real estate entrepreneur since the age of 18 when I bought renovated and resold a distressed 18-unit apartment building in Downtown Buffalo slated for demolition. I moved to the Tampa Bay area in 1991 and started my firm, Bison Financial Group, in 1994 with my brother, Jared. We arrange debt & equity capital for a network of real estate deal junkies: investors, developers and turn around artists. Most of our closed deals are in Florida, but we have done business in other compelling markets nationwide (TX, NC, GA, etc). We’re especially good at putting together capital for complex, value-added deals where time is of the essence (closed deals in 4, 8 & 11 days). We’ve been involved in over a billion dollars in transactions as a real estate broker, mortgage broker, development consultant or principal. We are currently arranging financing on income producing properties and sourcing opportunities to buy REOs and distressed debt.
