$28.55 Million Perm Loan Funded
| ST PETERSBURG, FL – Bison Financial Group, a real estate advisory firm based here, announces the closing and funding of a permanent cash-out refinance loan for $28.55 million.
Bison arranged the perm loan cash-out refi on a portfolio of single-family rental and apartment units scattered across the Central Florida area. There were a total of 304 units located among 182 properties. The loan was non-recourse and the 6th closing Bison has arranged with the lender. |
